This is a short video I shared on Instagram a little while ago, and in the spirit of inspiration, curiosity, and imagination I wanted to share it here as well. There is so much to be received in the spontaneity of play in the present moment!
This amazing crystal likes to be held in such a way that all meridians are in contact with it, from the hands to the feet. It truly is a full body experience to get it just right, and when it clicks in it is wonderful! I did not realize it at the time, but the two points actually are in contact with the 2 core channels in the body, in addition to all the imprints being in contact with entire the meridian system. This crystal is an ongoing exploration, and I am sure I will be adding to this post as time goes on.
