Shipping Policy

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the actual weight of your order and the distance it travels. You'll have several options to choose from.

My number one priority is getting your crystals to you as quickly and safely as possible. I'm a one-woman show, and I pack every order myself with love and care, using compostable materials whenever I can. I typically ship within 3-5 days, up to 7 after a busy live sale. You'll receive tracking and ongoing updates by email.

International Shipping

I happily ship anywhere I'm legally able to. Shipping to the EU is currently paused while I navigate recent changes in international regulations. Customers in all other countries are warmly welcome. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are paid upon delivery.

Open Box Shipping

I offer open box shipping as a courtesy, to save you money and reduce the carbon footprint of e-commerce. Enter the code OPEN BOX at checkout, and your box will stay open for the rest of the calendar month. I hold live sales throughout the month, and many of my customers like to gather pieces across those sales before paying shipping just once. The open box is made for exactly that. It works just as well if you're shopping the website on your own and want to collect a few pieces over the month. You're always welcome to use it.

The code waives your shipping fee at checkout. Be sure to enter it on each order you'd like added to your box. You can keep adding without paying shipping each time, and I'll combine everything into one package if it's safe and practical to do so.

All open boxes close automatically at the end of each calendar month. There's nothing you need to do. When your box closes, I weigh your final package, send you a single invoice for the actual shipping cost, and as soon as that's paid, your crystals are on their way.

If you'd like to close your box early, just let me know and it will go straight into my shipping queue. Depending on how many orders are ahead of yours, it may be a few days before it ships.

Combining Orders

I combine orders into one package whenever I can.

Please Note: During a busy web drop, you are encouraged to place all items in your cart and check out one time. Some buyers choose to check out items one at a time, in quick succession. That's completely your choice, but please understand that each separate checkout is billed as its own order. To avoid excessive shipping costs, please be sure to use the OPEN BOX code on each order. I do not refund shipping costs for multiple back-to-back checkouts.

Shipping Refunds

When a shipping refund is warranted, I issue it as store credit, which never expires. This comes up when I'm able to secure you a better shipping rate, or when you've paid shipping on a second order before your first one has shipped, and the two can still be combined. In those cases, I'll always credit you the overage.
