Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on the actual weight and travel distance for your order. You have several options to choose from at checkout. 

My number one policy in shipping is to get your crystals to you as quickly and safely as possible. I am a one woman show and I pack with love and care, using compostable packing materials whenever possible. Tracking and ongoing updates are provided via the email. 

PLEASE NOTE-If you are planning to purchase multiple  items over a few days and want to combine orders,  please leave me a note when you check out and contact me for a code to waive further shipping. Open boxes are welcomed and encouraged, they are earth friendly and save you money!

I will always combine orders whenever possible,  but I no longer issue shipping refunds for multiple consecutive (less than 3 minutes apart) checkouts. International orders are an exception to this and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
