Refund policy
Returns
I want you to be happy with your purchase from The Lemurian Rose.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping costs. After the 7-day refund period has expired, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or store credit only. My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards Items reserved for more than 2 weeks Items on a lay-away plan, whether or not the plan is completed
Items priced over $5,000 USD are non-refundable, but if otherwise eligible for return under this policy, may be returned within the stated guidelines for store credit. Items that are non-returnable (gift cards, items reserved more than 2 weeks, and lay-away items) remain non-returnable regardless of price.
Partial refunds (if applicable) A partial refund may be granted for any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to let you know it has arrived. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund appears. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact me at lisa@thelemurianrose.com.
Exchanges (if applicable) If you would like an exchange, I highly recommend that you purchase the item you want and then apply for a refund. Many of my items are one of a kind, and I cannot guarantee the item will still be in stock by the time your refund is processed. To arrange a return for exchange, email me at lisa@thelemurianrose.com and send your item to: PO Box 598, Talking Rock, GA 30175. If you prefer store credit rather than an exchange, email me and I’ll arrange it once your return is received and approved.
Gifts (applicable to Shopify Payments only) If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
International returns Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not refundable. If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please write “return of merchandise” on the customs form to avoid additional charges.
Shipping To return your product, mail it to: PO Box 598, Talking Rock, GA 30175.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, along with the cost of the original shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
I strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service and to purchase shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item, and I am not responsible if your item is damaged during return shipment.
