Courtesy withdrawals in favor of the person behind you are always welcome — just do it before the crystal is wrapped and added to your box.

Claiming for someone else? Please arrange it entirely outside the sale. The person claiming is responsible for the invoice and for correct shipping info at checkout.

Invoices are posted on the website after the sale and are due within 24 hours of posting. Late payment may affect your ability to attend future sales.

Financing is available at checkout through Shop Pay: four interest-free payments or monthly installments. Alternate arrangements are possible — just ask.

Every Shop Pay purchase is carbon neutral, in cooperation with WeForest.

Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and distance, with several options to choose from. I do all my own packing, so after a big sale please bear with me — I ship in order of payment received, as quickly as I can.

Shipping insurance is $1 per $100 and is added to live sale invoices and private listings. Highly recommended, but tell me if you'd like it removed.

All domestic shipments are carbon neutral, with offsets purchased through Grassroots.

To our friends in the UK– a quick note about UK VAT:  VAT requirements apply to shipments of £135 or less. If this applies to your order, I will contact you prior to shipping with details.

Unfortunately at this time we DO NOT ship to the EU.

Effective March 1, 2026. Pay your invoice within 24 hours and use shipping code OPENBOX to waive shipping. That tags your box on hold and keeps it out of the shipping queue.

Keep adding for the rest of the calendar month, using the code each time. At month's end I combine everything in the safest, most economical way and invoice you for shipping before it goes out.

Orders without the code ship with regular orders. No checkout notes needed — the system handles box status automatically.

For anything shipping-related, please leave a cart note (preferred) or email with your order number so it stays linked to your order.

If shipping isn't paid when the box is ready, the box is in default: items return to inventory, a 25% restocking fee applies, and any remaining balance after fees is issued as store credit, valid six months.

Use the cart note at checkout to tell me anything about your order — leave the price stickers on, a reminder, or just to say hello.
