This 34" necklace of naturally shaped sunstone chips is strung on monofilament, easy to dress up for evenings or dress down for everyday wear. Chip necklaces are a great value for the money, offering a generous amount of gemstone for a relatively small price.

Sunstone is sometimes called Aventurine Feldspar. It is a stone of joy and personal power, prized for its warm golden shimmer and buoyant energy.

CARE & KEEPING

Sunstone is a variety of feldspar and fairly hard, but feldspar has natural cleavage planes that make it more prone to fracturing along certain angles, so it benefits from a little extra care despite its durability rating. Clean it with warm, soapy water rather than harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or sudden heat, and avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can affect its shimmer over time.

Sunstone connects to both the Sacral and Solar Plexus chakras, so as a necklace, a longer length like this one can sit close to the solar plexus, supporting personal power and confidence right where it's needed.

It's good practice to energetically cleanse your jewelry regularly, especially after wearing it through a stressful or emotionally demanding stretch of time. Smudging, sound, or Reiki are all lovely ways to do this

After cleansing, charging in moonlight or on a selenite slab are safe and effective ways to refresh and energize all crystals, regardless of light sensitivity.
